Hi! I'm Jake Simonds-Malamud.
I'm a graphic designer based out of Atlanta. I graduated from Northeastern University's graphic design program, where I focused my studies on information and urban design. I maintain healthy obsessions with public transportation, blues rock, the work of Dieter Rams, and food—both creating and consuming. When I'm not designing, I like to travel, bike, and play guitar (I have yet to do all three of these things at the same time).
My design style is usually pretty minimal, inspired by the Swiss work of the mid-20th century, and by Rams' mantra that good design is as little design as possible.
Here are a few papers I wrote in college and keynotes I've given.
